Order No 385. About development of epidemiological inspection and West Nile fever-prophylaxis in the Russian Federation
Shilova S. A. Doctor of Biology, professor, Severtsov Institution of ecology and Evolution, RAS, Leninsky prosp., 33, Moscow
Efficiency of measures in animal pestcontrol depends on instructive guidelines quality. Methodical materials are effective only when they are based on the modern fundamental data in biology, economic injury or species epizootologic significance. Permanent instructive documents revision accordance with modern scientific data is required.
Keywords: pest control efficiency, methodical guidelines, use of modern scientific data.
Ecological base of structural-functional organization of human and animals parasitic system
Nakonechny I. V. V. A. Sukhomlinsky’s Nikolaev National University. Ul. Nickolskaya, 24, Nikolaev, 54030, Ukraine.
According to modern data analysis on structure, activity and dynamics of human and animals parasitic system they provide realization of the fundamental ecosystem’s feature-ability to selfrepair and energetic autoregulation on the all levels. Parasitic complexes and infection causative agents as their components are obligatory elements of every biocoenocic group, providing their integral regulation and coherent functioning within biocoenosis and ecosystems.
Keywords: «parasite-host» interspecies interactions; ecosystem organization, parasitocoetotic communities.
Australia: сonservation of unique biodiversity and рest control
Shekarova O. N., Cand. Sc. (Biol.), A. N. Severtsov Institution of ecology and Evolution, RAS, Leninsky prosp., 33, Moscow
Australia is the continent with unique faunistic complex. Introduced nonendemic species has appeared here with Europeans. That resulted in ecological balance disorder. The problems of Australian pest control are closely connected with the problems of biodiversity conservation. Along with usual for us control measures against rats and mice, Australian pest control organization have to control rabbits, wild boars, cats, dogs et all. Pest control organizations closely cooperate with natureconservative organizations.
Keywords: Australia, biodiversity, pest control, invasive species, VPC, Strategy.

Interrelations between people and insects as demographic factor in Africa
Butovsky R. O., Butovskaya M. L.
The sickness rate of malaria and African sleeping sickness (trypanosomiasis) is compared with population density in different areas of Tanzania and the presence of these diseases reservoir animals and insects-carriers.

Estimation of clinical course and outcome of tick-borne encephalitis, dynamics and structure of its sickness rate, risk contingents, the places of potential infecting and also people contacts with the carriers of this disease causative agent are presented in this article. Revealed peculiarities of tick-borne encephalitis functioning under modern condition are described.
Keywords: tick-borne encephalitis, clinicalepidemiological and serological investigation, conditions for infecting, risk contingents, antiepidemic and preventive measures
Factors, determining the distribution and numberof Aedes aegypti L. and Aedes albopictus Skuse
Dremova V. P., professor, Ganushkina L. A., Doctor of Biology E. I. Martsinovsky Institute of Medical Parasitology and Tropical Medicine, I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (MSMU). Pirogovskaya, 20, Moscow
Mosquitoes Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus has got very important epidemiological significance as carriers of hemorrhagic fever arboviruses (Yellow, Dengue, Chikungunya et al.). Influence of the main factors, determining abundance, distribution and epidemiological significance of these species in different regions is shown in the article. Possibility of these species and pointed above arboviruses dispersal (transport communication, urbanization processes) determines necessity to carry out entomological and epidemiological supervision potential epidemiologic dangerous territories.
Keywords: mosquitoes Aedes aegypti, Ae. albopictus, hemorrhagic fever, climate change, socio-economic factors.
Maxiphos – effective insecticide of wide action spectrum
Dremova V. P. professor, E. I. Martsinovsky Institute of Medical Parasitology and Tropical Medicine, I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (MSMU), M. Pirogovskaya, 20, Moscow
The results of insecticide activity and toxic level study of 40% wettable powder Maxiphos with chlorpyrifos as active agent are presented. This preparation is worked out by scientific-commercial firm «RAT». Effective dosages for acute and subacute biocide effects for different insect species are revealed. Maxiphos is recommended for use in medical disinfection for purpose of synanthropic insects control in different objects by professionals under use conditions compliance.
Key words: Maxiphos, chlorpirifos.
