Emergence as a little in question bioecological phenomenon in infectious pathology, the most important in the current period, its actual significance, nature, causes in general terms and in relation to the situation in the Russian Federation is considered. In this context,  the main provisions, problems and non-trivial phenomena in the epizootology of emergent infections, economically and socially important for the country, are presented – African swine fever, rabies, foot and mouth disease, avian flu, nodular dermatitis and anthrax.

Keywords: infectious animal diseases, emergence, emergent infections.

The presence of intestinal, contact, ovicidal, larvicidal, sterilizing and morphogenetic effects of a compound from the group of insect growth regulators (IGR) allows their use as widely as insecticides [1-3; 9]. The lack of acute action of PPH, inherent in traditional insecticides limits their widespread use. If abroad, IGR is preferably used as safer compounds for environmental objects as larvicides, in our country there are only a few manufacturers who have begun to produce drugs of this type. The originality of the mechanism of action, a wide spectrum of activity, the duration (up to several months) of the residual effect allows using them both independently and in combination with traditional insecticides in multi-component control systems.

Keywords: insect growth regulators, insecticides, larvicides, morphogenetic action, control systems.

Describes the definition of imidacloprid by the method RP HPLC in isocratic mode and tetrametrin by GC. Joint determination by HPLC of representatives of neonicotinoids (imidacloprid) and pyrethroids (tetramethrin) prevents additive synergist piperonyl butoxide. Attempted separation of piperonyl butoxide (PPB) and tetramethrin using different types of stationary phases by the method RP HPLC with gradient elution using as mobile phase systems based on acetonitrile and water were not successful. Separation and detection of these components was carried out by GC using a capillary trivial column and flameionization detection the limit of detection is 0.005 mg/ml to PPB and 0.05 mg/ml for tetramethrin. The threshold determination of imidacloprid by HPLC method is 0.001 mg/ml (λ = 280 nm). Was used the simplest options of evacuation means of aerosol packaging, as well as hydrocarbon propellant from the sample. Revealed a large spread of analytical results depending on the degree of filling of the container during the evacuation in a glassreceiver and a relatively smaller variation in mechanical leakage of the aerosol containers. It should be noted that for the correct determination of the content of active substances in aerosol means in the absence of the required standard adapter adapter, you will need to spend more (at least 3-5) of sampling from different cylinders to avoid gross blunders and improvements of the statistical characteristics. The total error of the determination of an analyte in the aerosol medium was 12%.

The target efficiency for cockroaches and ants of an insecticidal agent in the form of a gel based on neonicotinoid dinotefuran, a new compound for Russia, was studied. An acute and residual effect on insects was established both in laboratory and field experiments. The degree of gel danger for people has been evaluated and the modes of its practical application have been recommended.

Keywords: neonicotinoids, dinotefuran, consumption rate, cockroaches, ants, safe ways of application.
