A variant of expert assessment of economic damage to ecosystems and humans from invasive species is proposed. Quantitative scores obtained for 10 species of mammals from the list of 100 most dangerous invasive species in Russia: Castor canadensis Kuhl, 1820; Ondatra zibethicus Linnaeus, 1766; Apodemus agrarius (Pallas, 1771), Mus musculus Linnaeus, 1758; Rattus rattus Linnaeus, 1758; Rattus norvegicus Berkenhout, 1769; Canis familiaris L., 1758; Nyctereutes procyonoides (Gray, 1834); Procyon lotor (L., 1758); Neovison vison (Sch., 1777). Ex-post evaluation of the possible costs of control showed that they are maximum for M. musculus, R. norvegicus, R. rattus и C. familiaris. According to expert estimates in points, the maximum total damage to ecosystems and humans in Russia is caused by R. norvegicus and M. musculus. In second place are C. familiaris, P. lotor, C. canadensis, O. zibethicus, N. procyonoides in third A. agrarius and N. vison.

Alekseychik I. O., Boroday N. V., Smelyansky V. P., Putintseva E. V., Alieva A. K., Zhukov K. V., Melnikova G. F., Victorov D. V., Toporkov A. V.

Analyzed the results of monitoring the number of blood-sucking mosquitoes, conducted using the automatic traps Mosquito Magnet Executive and LovKom-1 in 2015–2018 on the territory of the Volgograd region. It is shown that, compared with the currently used manual methods of collecting, the use of automatic traps for catching mosquitoes allows you to collect a greater number of bloodsucking arthropods, and minimizes the risks of infection by the researcher.

Annotation. The authors in their article talk about the sanitary-parasitological state of recreation places for residents and guests of Astrakhan. So, the authors carried out studies of 55 soil samples taken from various places in Astrakhan (parks, squares, recreation areas). In the study of 55 soil samples, positive findings were reported in 38.2% (21 samples) – Toxocara canis eggs and live larvae of Strongyloides stercoralis were found.

Keywords: soil, strongilids, toksokary, parks, squares, recreation areas, children's sandboxes, playgrounds.

Extremely high resistance of German cockroaches to pyrethroids (133–4000×), high –to organophosphorus compounds (11–40×) and phenylpyrazoles (13–54×) was revealed. Weak tolerance is noted for carbamate propoxur and neonicotinoid imidacloprid. A slowing down of the manifestation of symptoms of poisoning during feeding of male cockroaches with baits based on propoxur, chlorpyrifos, imidacloprid, and fipronil and the almost complete absence of action on female cockroaches was revealed. Against the background of high resistance to organic insecticides with neurotoxic type of action, the susceptibility of 5 field strains of cockroaches to baits based on boric acid, hydramethylnon, and chlorfenapyr with different mechanisms of action was studied. Cockroaches of all studied field strains were almost equally susceptible to hydramethylnon and their death occurs within 3–7 days; cockroaches are even more susceptible to 5% boric acid liquid baits and death occurs within 1.5 days. 5% a.i. chlorfenapyr baits are less effective.

It is recommended to use the boric acid baits and hydramethylnon based baits in the cockroach integrated pest management.

Key words: German cockroach, resistance, insecticide baits, boric acid, hydramethylnon, chlorfenapyr.

Resume: Examples of determining difethialone in technical substance, washing powder, concentrate and ready rodenticides forms by the method RP HPLC. Implemented integration of an analytical method for the determination of difethialone in group method of determination homologues 4-hydroxycoumarin series. The selected conditions of chromatography in the isocratic elution mode allow to evaluate the isomeric composition of the substance as the most lipophilic object among those considered in the study. The conditions of extraction of various preparative forms is completely coincided with previously proposed for the evaluation of derivatives of 4-hydroxycoumarin number and include grain, hard and soft pellets, containing as matrix, foodgrade ingredients and paraffin. Found the conditions determining the isomer composition of the difethialone open wide possibilities for the harmonization of methods of analysis rodent/insectorodent means on the basis of homologues 4-hydroxycoumarins/tiocoumarins series and the implementation of evaluation procedures for suppliers or to establish the fact of falsification of products in case of replacement difethialone on a budget of substance.
